Oats – Power Breakfast

Bodycoach® Oats –The ultimate power breakfast –completely dairy free / sugar free / no bad fats.

Ingredients (Makes 4-5 servings):

  • 1 cup raw whole rolled oats or steel milled oats
  • 1 apple grated
  • Raw seeds/almonds
  • Vanilla essence
  • Cinnamon
  • Xylitol(optional)

Method:

  • Cook the oats with 3 cups boiling water and a little salt
  • Take the oats off the boil and add the grated apple (while oats are warm)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence and 1 teaspoon cinnamon and Xylitol and mix well.
  • Add the almonds and nuts and allow to sit.
  • Store in the fridge and take out half a cup when necessary.
