Oats – Power Breakfast
Bodycoach® Oats –The ultimate power breakfast –completely dairy free / sugar free / no bad fats.
Ingredients (Makes 4-5 servings):
- 1 cup raw whole rolled oats or steel milled oats
- 1 apple grated
- Raw seeds/almonds
- Vanilla essence
- Cook the oats with 3 cups boiling water and a little salt
- Take the oats off the boil and add the grated apple (while oats are warm)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence and 1 teaspoon cinnamon and Xylitol and mix well.
- Add the almonds and nuts and allow to sit.
- Store in the fridge and take out half a cup when necessary.
