Spring Muesli

Spring Muesli – Nutrition recipe for Spring Muesli including Calories, Fat, Protein, Carbohydrates, and much more.


  • 2 cups Tia’s Birchers muesli (available from Dischem)
  • 1 cup frozen berries (no sugar) or fresh berries in season.  Woolies have frozen Raspberries.
  • 2 cups warm water
  • Xylitol to taste.


  • Pour the liquid over the oats and berries and allow to sit in the fridge overnight.
  • Take out a cup of mixture for breakfast.

Lasts the week.
