Spring Muesli – Nutrition recipe for Spring Muesli including Calories, Fat, Protein, Carbohydrates, and much more.
- 2 cups Tia’s Birchers muesli (available from Dischem)
- 1 cup frozen berries (no sugar) or fresh berries in season. Woolies have frozen Raspberries.
- 2 cups warm water
- Xylitol to taste.
- Pour the liquid over the oats and berries and allow to sit in the fridge overnight.
- Take out a cup of mixture for breakfast.
